System Navigation

Within the Supplier & Contract Management solution, there are many different areas which you should familiarise yourself with. They each serve different purposes and are optimised for different outcomes.

User Profile & Notification Preferences

Located in the top right corner of your screen, as shown below, this section gives information about Profile, Notification preferences and Appearance preferences.

Configuration

Located at the bottom of the navigation panel on the left side of your screen, as shown below, Configuration allows you to build the options and templates within your site. For the standard build, this will have been built out already.

Users can only see and access this section if they have the System Administrator role.

Site Settings

Located within Configuration, your Site Settings can be found. This sets information across the site that should never need editing such as the link to your logo, your financial year start, default due date settings and tax percentage.

User Management

Located within Configuration, User Management allows System Administrators to create accounts and review/assign roles for the Supplier and Master Agreements modules.

Team Management

Located near the bottom of the navigation panel on the left side of your screen, as shown below, Team Management allows System Administrators to create teams and review/assign roles to team members for the Contract and Sourcing modules.

Suppliers

Located in the navigation panel on the left side of your screen, as shown below, Suppliers displays a searchable list of all the supplier records within your system. You can also create new records from here.

Users can only see and access this section if they have one of the Supplier focused roles in the system.

Contracts

Located in the navigation panel on the left side of your screen, as shown below, Contracts displays a searchable list of all the contract records within your system. You can also create new records from here.

Users can only see and access this section if they have one of the Contract focused team roles in the system.

Analytics

Located in the navigation panel on the left side of your screen, as shown below, Analytics is the home of the dashboards that report on the data within your system. This section provides users with useful reporting to centralise data across records, as opposed to reviewing individual records within the system.

Users can only see and access this section if they have a System Administrator or Analytics Viewer role.

Home

Located at the top of the navigation panel on the left side of your screen, as shown below, the Home page (Or Action Centre) has options to create records for both the supplier and contract modules.

It also has reports for the user's contracts, incomplete assessments, completed assessments, new documents and upcoming activities as well as a to-do section (organised into tabs) for that user that will show all pending items they have against their name within the system.
