The Contract Renewals Management dashboard provides insights into upcoming contract end dates and offers users actionable options when those dates arrive.

End Date Management

This tab is designed to give users a clear view of upcoming contract expirations within their desired timeframe, along with key information for managing contracts in their final months.

Users can see the number and proportion of contracts with different renewal options across their supplier base, and explore contracts that may have unfavourable terms.

The tab also highlights time-sensitive contracts requiring action before expiration, helping users avoid situations like unwanted automatic renewals.

By applying filters, users can focus on individual contracts to view their remaining duration and available options.

Variation, Renewal and Extension Management

This tab of the dashboard provides a high-level overview of the value generated by contract Variations and Extensions.

It also offers insights into the number of created Variations that have been applied, and highlights those that are still pending application or approval. If the user filters the view to specific contract records, it will reveal how closely the contract's lifecycle aligns with the original plan, based on whether Variations or Extensions were necessary to meet the business objectives.
