June Release Notes

In various locations within the product, when a reference was being made to a contract, only the contract name was clickable as a hyperlink. With this release contract numbers will also have the clickable hyperlink functionality.

Additional sorting options for the Contract dashboard

This release adds two additional sorting options for contracts in the Contract dashboard. Either ascending or descending sorting of contracts can be carried out for 'Contract Start date' and 'Contract End date'.

12 month Contract expiry notification option

This release adds a notification period option for contracts expiring in 12 months, to the existing notification periods. These options can be utilised via the 'Notification preferences'. For more information of these settings see - User settings

Contract number added to expiry email subject

This release adds the contract title in the subject of expiry emails, helping users identify and evaluate the email at a quick glance.

Specify a date when adding contract options

This release adds the ability to specify a date when adding options/rights of renewals to contracts. This allows users to specify end date in day/month/year format, when it is not appropriate to create an option based on a period of months.‍ The below demonstrates the changed functionality.
