Insurances & Certifications Dashboard
The Insurances and Certifications Dashboard has primarily been designed to provide insight into the insurances and certifications held against the record; whether the supplier is meeting its requirements for insurances and certifications and whether the records held against the supplier are current.
Insurances and Certifications tabs
Dedicated tabs for insurances and certifications allow separate reporting, with both tabs sharing the same layout and design.
The key visuals and filters within this dashboard are Expiry and Type. This is to allow the user to be able to identify the number of insurances and certifications that are close to expiry and the specific records which hold these expiring artefacts.
It also allows insight into the most predominant types held across the supplier base and how this is impacted by any filters the user applies.
A filter in the top corner enables users to quickly view all suppliers who fail to meet the insurance or certification requirements outlined in their contracts. This feature helps users focus on resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
