Analytics Overview

Peter Campbell Updated by Peter Campbell

When navigating to the Analytics module of the system, you will be presented with a list of pre-configured dashboards that have been designed to utilise the out-of-the-box configuration that is shipped with your site. Each dashboard will serve a different purpose and provide a different focus, corresponding to that dashboard's name.

Standard Dashboards

  • 00 Data Governance – to provide insight into how data rich your system is, what areas should be focussed on to improve data richness and also provides a mechanism to export and bulk-update data in the format compatible with our Data Migration Tool.
  • 01 Supplier Onboarding – to provide insight into the onboarding process that is preconfigured in a standard site. This includes the progress of Supplier Status, activities (that make up the onboarding management plan) and the introductory questionnaire.
  • 02 Insurances & Certifications – to provide insight into the insurances and certifications held against the record; whether the supplier is meeting its requirements for insurances and certifications and whether the records held against the supplier are current or have expired.
  • 03 Supplier Risk Management – to provide insight into the risks and issues that have been logged against the supplier record, detailing the likelihood and grade of the risks as well as the priority and severity of the issues.
  • 04 Supplier Milestones – to provide insight into upcoming and/or outstanding milestones for your supplier base. Sortable by type, date and owner to be able to group in the way found most useful by the user.
  • 05 Suppliers – to provide a high-level overview of supplier records, consolidating all supplier information into a single view. Users can segment and refine data using filters, allowing them to focus on specific subsets of suppliers.
  • 06 Supplier Performance Management – to provide insights into performance assessment results completed by internal users. It allows users to explore different performance areas and refine data by time period or supplier details, such as category.
  • 07 Supplier Scorecard – to provide a single page view of a supplier record which can be used, for example, in preparation for reviews or a meeting with that supplier. Providing a rounded picture of all the different supplier management activities that have taken place within the system, surrounding compliance, performance, risk profile and contracts.
  • 08 Contract Setup – to provide detailed insights into contract setup activities, focusing on data richness and system-prescribed requirements. It enables users to track progress and optimise their workflow within the system.
  • 09 Contract Milestones – to provide insight into various aspects of contract milestones in the system while also enabling deep dives, allowing users to easily access the specific data subsets they need.
  • 10 Contract Renewals Management – to provide insight into upcoming contract end dates and offers users actionable options when those dates arrive.
  • 11 Contracts – to provide a high-level overview of contract records, consolidating all contract information into a single view. Users can segment and refine data using filters, allowing them to focus on specific subsets of contracts.
  • 12 Team Governance – to display outstanding assigned items for each user, helping them focus on areas that need attention (alongside the to-do list on the system's homepage) and enabling Team Leaders to provide necessary support for the user's resources when needed.  In addition, to allow both end users and team leaders to be able to easily review outstanding items per user.
  • 13 Team and User Management – to provide insight into the teams configured within the system, including their composition. Since teams are associated with Contracts in the system, this dashboard is built on team data while reflecting visibility and permissions for the Contracts module.

When you select the dashboard you wish to view, most have different tabs along the bottom of the dashboard page with slightly different areas of focus, combining to provide insight into the topic aligned with the overall dashboard's title.

These different tabs will be explained in more detail within the article specifically for that dashboard.
