UK11 Walkthrough

The first step to publishing a UK11 Notice is closing/terminating the contract record in your Source-to-Contract site. To complete this action, select the Manage button in the contract record and then select Close contract.

A wizard will then appear asking if this action is to Complete a contract or to Terminate a contract and provides information on why this prompt is being shown.

There is also then a section to populate for the Procurement Act requirements as you scroll down the wizard.

Clicking Select will the initiate the closure process, and the record will indicate the the contract is closing. The Status of the record will remain executed, but the phase that is visible at the top of the record will show it is moving to be closed.

At this point, the Progress dropdown for the record will show that in order to move to the next stage of the contract lifecycle (Closure) there is a requirement to publish a notice.

Navigating the the Notices tab of the record, you can publish your UK11 Notice.

As is standard at this stage, you will see a preview of the notice that will be generated and can select Publish to confirm publication to the CDP.

After selecting Publish, you will be able to see both in the record and within the Procurement Act Dashboard that the status of the notice has been updated to Completed.

Using the ellipses button under the Action column, you can also view the notice that has been published in the CDP.

This will mean that you have completed all the steps to move the contract to the closed phase now, as evident in the Progress dropdown.

And so selecting Complete here will mean that the contract is closed and has had all the required notices published.
