Now that you have seen the different aspects of how to build out comprehensive supplier records, you can begin to utilise the Team Governance Dashboard.

This dashboard has been curated to allow both end users and team leaders to be able to easily review outstanding items per user.

To use this dashboard, refine the data by specifying a record owner, using either the Search box or the check box list in the top corner of the page. This applies to both the Supplier and Contract module tabs.

Selecting the owner will then refresh all the number tiles and update the data displayed to only reflect that of the record owner that has been selected. At this point, all outstanding actions relevant to the tab that is being viewed will be visible to the user – through the number tiles and through the table on the bottom of the page.

To drill down further into the specific actions, the dropdown under each specific number tile has a filter related to that number tile. The available values within these filters have been restricted to only show the records that have outstanding actions/incomplete data.

The purpose of this dashboard is to display outstanding assigned items for each user, helping them focus on areas that need attention (alongside the to-do list on the system's homepage) and enabling Team Leaders to provide necessary support for the user's resources when needed.
