Assigning Contacts & Stakeholders

Contacts

Supplier contacts are a very important element to a supplier record. All records should have at least one primary contact assigned as this person will be the recipient of all external assessments issued to that supplier (Via a link to the assessment through an email). If a supplier has multiple contacts, they must all be assigned to the record and will be able to be selected as a recipient of an assessment if they are the more appropriate choice.

Stakeholders

Stakeholders are internal to your business and should generally be included if they need to be associated to the supplier or have some visibility of it, but will not be involved in the management of it. Supplier stakeholders are not a mandatory element but can be assigned to a record if visibility is required on certain records.

Assigning Contacts & Stakeholders

Navigate to the contacts and stakeholders tab within the Supplier record.

Select + Contact

First Name and Email are mandatory fields so these must be populated, all other fields can be populated if required.

Select + Stakeholder

If a stakeholder already has access to the solution, you can select the System User toggle and select them from the email dropdown - this will automatically populate the mandatory name fields for the user. If a stakeholder does not have access to the solution, you should select the Manual Entry toggle and enter the email address, first and last name fields manually.
