Once the relevant data has been added to the contract records, you will be able to effectively utilise more of the dashboards in the Analytics module of the system.

This dashboard is designed to provide detailed insights into contract setup activities, focusing on data richness and system-prescribed requirements. It enables users to track progress and optimise their workflow within the system.

The displayed data highlights key aspects of a contract’s setup, including checklist items, contract health, and reported status.

To ensure completeness before execution, contract owners should work through the assigned checklist and populate all required health check data. This facilitates effective management once the contract reaches its final status.

The progression of setup tasks for each contract is shown by the status of the checklist items and the contract health in the visuals; as the contract owner progresses through the checklist, they will see their purple “Completed” bar in this visual become more prominent.

This dashboard enables you to clearly see how many set up actions are still outstanding as well as filter the data in order to action the priority contracts first.

We have set the Contract Status filter to select Draft contracts by default as these are the contracts that will still be going through their setup journey. However, this can be deselected, and a wider view can be seen if the user desires.
