Contract checklists now displays ‘Completed by’ data

This release displays a ‘Completed by’ field to Checklists in both sourcing activities and contracts. The field will autogenerate the user's name that clicks the ‘Completed’ Action button. It cannot be edited manually.

An ‘Options/Rights of Renewal’ Section has now been included as part of the ‘Planning’ phase of a sourcing activity.

The Options/Rights of Renewal section allows for the setup of any Options/Rights of Renewal that will be transferred to any contract awarded from the sourcing activity.

This removes the need to manually create these items on awarded contracts.

Supplier dashboard tabs

This release now displays Active and Inactive suppliers via respective tabs on the Supplier dashboard.

System Admin users can now modify usernames

This release changes the ‘Username’ field for a user account to be editable by System administrator's via ‘User Management’ in Command Centre.

Previously when users were added to the system, the username would autogenerate based on the email address provided. The username field was then read-only. This was not ideal in scenarios where a user's surname changes resulting in a mismatch of email/username, making it difficult to locate such users in search fields.

Following this release, the username field will be editable for system administrators only via user management. Users accessing their account information via the ‘User Preferences’ will still see the username field as read-only.
