User Profile & Notification Preferences

User profile settings and notification preferences can be configured to provide a more custom experience. Selecting the user account button in the top right corner provides access to the following four options:

  • My Profile
  • Notification Preferences
  • Appearance
  • Sign Out

My Profile

When selecting your profile, your user record will be displayed and some details, such as email address and name, can be amended if required. Your user role(s) will also be displayed and can be viewed from this screen, however they cannot be modified. User roles can only be edited or assigned by System Administrators in the User Management section of the system's configuration.

Notification Preferences

Selecting Notification Preferences allows users to decide the intervals at which they will be notified about certain aspects of the records they own. For example, when a contract is expiring, a user can determine if they should be emailed 12 months, 9 months, 6 months, 3 months, 1 month and/or 2 weeks before its expiry date. There is also an option of whether the user should be notified when assigned as the owner of a contract.

The suppliers module has similar notifications for the expiry of Insurances and Certifications.

New users will have review their notification settings to ensure they match their needs upon gaining access to the system.

Sign Out

To sign out of the application, select Sign out.
