Source- to-Contract and the Procurement Act

Steph Hilton Updated by Steph Hilton

OneAdvanced's Source-to-Contract solution enhances visibility into the procurement process and ensures compliance with new requirements. Our customers can harness our solution to drive efficient, organisation-wider compliance with contract notices.

Notices relating to the Planning, Tendering and Award phases of the procurement lifecycle will be handled via your existing tendering/eTendering platform(s). This includes UK1 Pipeline Notice, UK2 Preliminary Market Engagement, UK3 Planned Procurement, UK4 Tender, UK5 Transparency and UK6 Contract Award.

OneAdvanced's Supplier & Contract Management can then be used to support your Procurement Act compliance at the point of award/direct award. By utilising data already provided as part of the tendering notices, our product continues the procurement lifecycle by facilitating the generation of the mandatory contract lifecycle notices UK7 (Contract Details) and UK11 (Contract Termination).

Conditional notices will also be generated as required to fully comply with procurement lifecycle reporting requirements

The Conditional notices include:

  • UK10 Change
  • UK9 Performance*
  • UK8 Payment*
  • UK17 Payment Compliance*

*As made available
