Once the relevant data has been added to the supplier records, you will be able to effectively utilise more of the dashboards in the Analytics module of the system.

The Supplier Onboarding dashboard provides detailed insights into the supplier onboarding journey, as defined by our out-of-the-box configuration, and extends visibility into supplier record populations beyond the data richness shown in Data Governance.

The data showcased reflects key aspects of a supplier’s onboarding process, such as activities (from management plans) and assessments, as well as their reported onboarding status in the system.

The progression of onboarding tasks for each supplier is shown by the status of the activities and assessments in the visuals; as more of these are completed, the user will see the bars in this chart changing to “completed” being the most prominent.

The table at the bottom of the page reflects onboarding tasks in a tabular form and allows the users to more easily see where data is missing. For the assessment column of the table, this has been colour coded to more easily see if the introductory questionnaire has been completed.
